FAQ Accomodation

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

When is check-in and check-out?
✔️
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If there are no guests before or after your stay, we can often accommodate an earlier check-in or later check-out. We can confirm this a few days before your arrival.

How do I get the key if the reception is closed?
✔️
A grey mailbox labeled “Keys” is located on the reception door. Inside, you’ll find an envelope with your name on it, containing the key and directions.

What should I bring with me?
✔️
Consumables like toilet paper, dish soap, spices, plastic wrap, and coffee filters are not included. However, the cabin is fully equipped with bedding, kitchenware, glassware, and plates based on the number of people it accommodates.

Is there an outdoor grill at the house?
✔️
All our cabins have a charcoal grill that stays outside all year round. Please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. These are available for purchase at the reception during the season.

Can I bring my dog?
✔️
Yes, pets are welcome in all of our cabins. However, dogs are not allowed on the beds or sofas, and they must be dried off before entering the cabin if the weather is bad. We do not provide blankets or towels for pets.

How much does the final cleaning cost, and what do I need to do myself?
✔️
If you book final cleaning, you’ll still need to wash dishes, take out the trash, and clean up any spills on the floor, walls, or furniture. We ask that you return the furniture to its original arrangement. Please check our final cleaning price list for more details.

What should I do if the cabin is not properly cleaned upon arrival, or if I’m dissatisfied with something?
✔️
We always inspect the cabins before your arrival. If something isn’t to your satisfaction, please let us know immediately so we can address it. We cannot resolve issues that are reported only at check-out.

The sauna won’t start – what should I do?
✔️
This is usually a simple case of user error. Most sauna heaters have a timer, and if the dial is turned too much, it may activate the timer. Simply turn it slightly, and it should start. If it still doesn’t work, there may be an overheating protection in place. Contact reception or our emergency number for assistance.

Is there firewood available in the cabin?
✔️
No, firewood is not provided in the cabin but can be purchased at the reception.

What should I do if something breaks?
✔️
If anything breaks during your stay, please contact the reception or send us an email, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
